Method 1: Perception Improvement

Most people go through life so overly focused on their immediate tasks they become oblivious to what surrounds them. It becomes necessary to increase perception in order to be aware of things in clear detail. This will allow for the greater development of a clairvoyant sixth sense.

However, it does take practice. You can do some things to increase your perception. First, you must slow down and try to relax. Calm yourself and then move more slowly during your daily activities. Secondly, remove any distractions that fill your senses. For instance, turn off the radio while driving your car. With nothing to stimulate your thoughts and senses, you become more aware of your world, the neighborhood, the weather and even that car moving into your blind spot while driving.

Do a mini-meditation. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Make yourself relax. When you open your eyes, you should be more aware of your surroundings. It only takes a couple of seconds; however, you will notice that it makes a difference.

2. Meditate

Take at least half a hour out of your day and learn to meditate. You’ll discover that meditation will let you use your mind and clear it at the same time and you’ll discover that this can be a great way to let your subconscious mind out to play. Remember that you are looking to feel more comfortable and more relaxed as you do this.

It is fair to say meditation can be a little difficult to perform at times. When you try and empty out your mind, it becomes difficult to truly clear the mind and cease and endless cycle of thought. A focus is simply something that you can use to keep your sense working for you instead of against you. The flickering will keep your eyes engaged while your brain can float away and think of other things.

Remember that your brain never shuts down, and this is something that can work for you rather than against you. A mantra is a series of words, whether it is a phrase,a poem or a prayer, that you can repeat over and over again. It will let your brain occupy itself while you are meditating and it can trigger a meditative state for you if you practice it firmly enough. Some people will use the prayers that they learned as children while other people will simply use the song lyrics that they love.

Method 3: Just Trust Yourself

At the end of the day, you are not getting very far if you do not trust yourself. Don’t doubt what you see or feel and make sure that you don’t dismiss your feelings as being the product of an overactive imagination. Remember that you get hunches and feelings for a reason and that your subconscious mind is definitely trying to tell you something. What does your subconscious mind want to let you know?

In most cases those who are psychic are described as having an extra “sense”. Instead of 5 senses (involving sight, vision, hearing, touch and speech) there is an added perceptive ability that grants them the power to know, see, or feel things that are not in our present dimension.

Some people with psychic powers are able to sense future events before they happen; others have the gift of retrocognition (which means being able to look into the past and experience events that have already occurred); and still other psychically gifted people can see spirits, or other forms of energy that are invisible to the naked eyes of those around them.

Ancient civilizations saw these abilities for what they were. A lot of names has been give to the people who possesses psychic powers like fortuneteller, wise man, soothsayer, oracle reader, spiritualist, and mentalist. In fact, there have been myriads of pretenders to be truthful, and those people have added fuel to the fir of controversy.

There is no real need to pretend and act like you have powers such as this; everyone is born with some sort of natural gift. If these psychic powers are embraced however, they will grow strong and be able to control them more. Once a person has found out how to tap into their own psychic powers, you can use them whenever they are needed.

If you are ready to begin this journey you must first learn how to meditate and balance your mind, emotions and spirit. People who have true psychic powers also have discharged any negative emotions and unwanted thoughts. They have discovered how to clear their minds in order to open up to the energy and emotions of all that is in the world around them, both seen and unseen.

Once you start practicing everyday with regular meditation you will notice and feel the difference. Your inner most psychic power will then rise to the surface causing you to feel more alive than ever felt before. Your creativity, understanding and of course happiness will immediately take off.

A session of deep meditation needs to be scheduled at least once each day. You should spend 30-60 minutes in quiet, intense concentration to allow your body to release any negative thoughts, feelings and emotions. Select a place that speaks to your soul, soothes your mind, and is free from distractions. It can be a corner of a room in your home, a secluded section of a park or even a cave. The type of setting is not important as long as it provides you with security, peace and an opportunity to concentrate on only positive images and emotions without any interruptions. Begin to study the feelings and emotions that course through your mind and body as you meditate. Learn how to disperse any negative thoughts with correct concentration and proper breathing techniques. As you practice these steps you will become more aware of the natural occurring vibrations in the world and learn to discern the many different types of energies. Developing your psychic powers to their fullest potential depends on your becoming attuned to the energy that connects everything in the world around you.

Start by studying out your emotions and feelings that go through you being as you are meditating. Find out how to release any negative thoughts with solid concentration coupled the breathing techniques. As you practice the steps mentioned you will learn to discern the types of energies while being more aware of the worlds vibrating occurrences. Growing you psychic powers solely rests on you being attuned to the energy that is connected to all things in the world.

You must of course practice your psychic powers to make them better. You might want to give a palmistry reading or try using some tarot cards. With friends and family, you will have plenty of people wanting to test you. Just remember that the individual you will be reading for must have an open mind for it to correctly work. The level of their will helps keep the psychic channel of communication open and clear making it easy to see or sense vibrations and images.

A great way to improve your psychic powers is to practice every day. If you practice your meditation, you can hone your skills to see a person’s aura that surrounds them. After awhile you will be able to tell the color and size of the aura surrounding a person.

You will then be able to sense illnesses or medical problems a person has without them being aware of it. You will also be able to discern people’s real intentions by observing their aura. Refining your psychic powers will allow you to see past, present, and even future events. At this point, you must work even harder to develop your talents so you may channel your psychic powers when you wish.

You should always remember that the psychic powers are stronger in kids because they are the most open to ideas that they do not fully understand. Instead of blocking out a spiritual presence or a disembodied voice they will try to establish a connection, until adults interfere and begin to force them to erect defenses against the unknown.

When we are children, we have naturally strong psychic powers. We have not been indoctrinated to fear and run away from the unknown. The fewer defenses we put up the more are minds are open to freely communicate. Adults still possesses psychic powers but must restrain themselves to not fear what their eyes will see, or of the eyes around you do not see.

Having psychic abilities is a purely natural phenomenon. The only difference is the degree of intuitive perception that you are born with and how hard you work to develop these innate psychic powers. If you devote time and effort to strengthen and enrich your gifts it will give you the incredible opportunity to change the world around you.

Try taking a lesson from children, opening up your mind, and freeing it of preconceived notions about spirits and the unseen. If your fear can be removed and negative feelings and thoughts about psychic powers and ghosts it will be much more simple to reconnect with the energies of life that exist in the universe all around us.

Having psychic powers is a true natural phenomenon. The only difference is how much ability you are born with and how much you block out as you try to develop your psychic powers. If time and effort is poured into developing your psychic powers, you can strengthen your gifts and change the world around in you in a great and positive way.

Broken or Cracked Tooth? You Are Not Alone…

You are definitely not alone if you have ever experienced a cracked or broken tooth. This is a problem that has plagued many people.

Teeth do have a breaking point. However, there may be some contributing factors that you really do have control over. As in many health related things, sometimes prevention is the best medicine.

Once a tooth cracks or breaks, you may need professional dental care to rebuild the area or the tooth. As in many types of ‘restorations’, the end result may not be as good as the natural tooth. Therefore, it is to your benefit to learn more about naturally strengthening your teeth so that they will continue to serve you for a lifetime and that you might possibly escape expensive and time consuming treatments. Nothing is as good as the original!

How does one try to prevent something like this from happening? Well, a little basic understanding is in order. The teeth, especially the outside are rich in calcium and phosphate. These help to form a type of ‘crystal’ which you might otherwise call a tooth. The strength of the tooth is dependant upon the concentration of the calcium and phosphate in it.

The first thing you may wonder is what could affect that? Well, most things will dissolve in a strong enough acid. This is the first point to consider. What happens during tooth decay? The tooth surface is breached by acid secreted by bacteria. But, did you know that you can also damage that enamel and make it weaker by drinking and / or eating acidic foods?

For example, many people who focus on natural healing methods believe that certain fruits have an alkalyzing affect when they hit the stomach. While this may or may not be true, depending on what you believe, in the mouth, a lemon is an acidic force – regardless of what the body does with it after it hits your digestive organs.

An acid can help to pull calcium and phosphate out of the tooth, thereby weakening it. Therefore, you want to be sure to balance the pH of your mouth after eating or drinking an acidic food or beverage.

There are ways to accomplish this. The power that comes with this knowledge could help you improve your dental health and help you to prevent expensive dental treatments. This is doubly powerful when you consider than an acidic mouth causes the bacteria that cause dental disease to multiply more rapidly. This applies to caries as well as periodontal or ‘gum’ disease.
